Yuxing® Iron oxide yellow is produced in the new plant which is located in Jiangsu Yixing Economic and Technological Development Zone.Yuxing is using the independent intellectual property rights of the third generation of iron oxide process production technology, the new plant uses DCS collecting and distributing control system,so it can realize the iron oxide pigment production organization、control、record and the production task, formula and process electronic technology. It greatly improve the precision and stability of the product.

   

Yuxing® Iron oxide yellow has needle-shaped granular structure. In addition, their thermal stability is lower than red pigment. After years of technology research and development, now Yuxing has already successfully solved the difficulties, after processing it can create enormous value, it can develop series of excellent high temperature resistance iron oxide pigments. The processed iron oxide yellow can significantly improve the thermal stability. 

Yuxing® Iron oxide red has high quality of tinting strength and color consistency. Because of its specific chemical composition and structure, this product also has excellent light resistance, high temperature resisance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and rust resistance.Iron oxide is the ideal choice for building materials, paints and coatings.

  Yuxing® iron oxide is using special Yuxing process for the production, it has good dispersibility, tinting strength and strong hiding power.And it has no oil permeability and water permeability. It has more prominent quality of tinting strength, stability and color consistency than domestic products.

   The application range of iron oxide is very wide, such as concrete roofing tile, exterior wall paint, color plastic and so on. The are often used as special signs or signal colors, such as colored asphalt, bicycle roads and so on. Now Yuxing plant ground is made of homemade iron oxide red.
